2/1 notion of "Dashi" 5

Welcome Feburary and Goodbye January.

I don't feel like spending too much time here in NZ, but it has

already spent over 4 months since I came.

Very fast....

I have to take care of rest of my time in NZ.

By the way, I met a person who know the notion of "Dashi" in my

internship organization.

It was the time when we had a lunch. I talked with a woman sitting

on next to me. Our topic was Japanese foods. In my surprising thing,

she knows "okonomiyaki" and "takoyaki".

Maybe she likes Osaka.

She asked me if I can cook "Okonomiyaki" in the office.

Rather than Okonomiyaki, I explained my plan for experiment of

miso-soup.

Prepare the two types of miso-soup that Looks exactly same.

Let them taste and guess where the difference originate from.

I explained such a thing, then, she answered,

Well...dashi?

How did you know that!?

It was a kind of impression for me because she was a first person

who knows the idea of "Dashi".

She understands the basic of our meals.
