2/12 karate gasshuku in Wellington 114.6

Gasshuku in Wellington.

Sensei-Higaonna was our teacher.

He is Japanese and looks around 70 years old.

I guessed he couldn't speak any English, but actually, he could.

He could explain karate technique in English.

Of course, it is not fluent, but it is enough for understanding.

In my surprising thing, I could understand what other karate

members taking about.

In fact, last gasshuku which was held in last November, I couldn't

understand what they were talking about.

However, I could now. I cannot help feeling my improving for

English. Of course, it is not complete. I can understand about

70-80% now. By the time I go back to Japan, I will have understood

everything, hopefully.
